Software built around your team.

Web apps for the work spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups are struggling with: leads, quotes, tenders and service visits. Built on Laravel, on your own data, and tested as we go.

[01] What you get

Built for the whole team.

Leads in one queue
Enquiries from IndiaMART, your website and email land in one list, with duplicates merged and follow-ups due today at the top.
Quotes and BOQs
Read the consultant’s Excel, price it from your own rate list and send back their sheet with your rates filled in.
Service visits
Checklists on a technician’s phone, findings with photos, signatures stamped with time and place.
Approvals and roles
Owners, office staff and field teams each see what they need. Nothing reaches a customer before someone checks it.
Your data, your server
Laravel and Postgres on a server you control, with exports whenever you want them.
Tested as it grows
Automated tests cover each step, so a new feature does not quietly break an old one.

Lead Flow, our own product

BOQ pricing and lead tracking for fire-safety contractors

Fire-safety contractors price tenders from consultants’ Excel BOQs, and every consultant lays the sheet out differently. We tested this on real tenders first. One reader pulled all 431 priced lines out of five schedules in two different formats, and AI only steps in to map unknown columns and match lines to the contractor’s rate list.

The app reads the BOQ, shows the lines a person should check, prices them from the contractor’s own rates and writes the rates back into the consultant’s sheet. It also collects enquiries into one queue for the day, so nobody waits for a reply.

  • 431 of 431 BOQ lines read in testing
  • AI matched 28 of 30 rate-list items, against 18 for plain text matching
  • Rates written back into the consultant’s own sheet
  • 679 automated tests

Client · A fire-safety maintenance team

Inspections and service reports on a technician’s phone

Technicians inspect fire equipment one asset at a time on their phones. A failed check cannot be skipped: it needs the defect, how serious it is and a photo before the next step unlocks. Signatures are stamped with the time and place.

Reports go to head office first, and nothing reaches the customer until someone there has read it and pressed Send. The client approved the workflow from our working prototype, and the full build follows it.

  • Phone screens for the technician, desktop screens for the office
  • Failed checks need a defect, severity and photo
  • Reports reviewed before they reach the customer

[03] How it works

How a project runs.

  1. 01

    Sit with the team

We watch how the work is done today and collect the real files: sheets, BOQs, checklists, reports.

  2. 02

    Prove the hard part first

If a step looks risky, like reading every consultant’s BOQ format, we test it on real files before building around it.

  3. 03

    Build in small steps

Each step is usable on a preview link, with demo data, before the next one starts.

  4. 04

    Roll out and support

Data moved across, the team trained, and changes made as they use it.
